FFS runs over 12 weeks across three modules: Professional & Digital Skills, Personal Development & Leadership, and Career Readiness; followed by a Capstone submission in Week 13. Sessions run every Saturday in-person and Sunday online. Saturdays run from 11am to 5pm. Sundays are 2.5 hours online. Every session is hands-on. Participants bring their laptops and work through real tasks, tools, and challenges in the room, not just theory. The program ends with a portfolio submission reviewed by the FORMICA team; including an updated CV, LinkedIn profile, recorded pitch, and career action plan.

Think of every session as a workshop, not a lecture. You bring your laptop, you work through real tasks, real tools, and real scenarios in the room. Sessions are group-based with peer collaboration built in. You leave each week with something you've actually built or written, not just notes.
Will I be receiving a certificate of completion at the end of the course?
Yes, upon successful completion of the FORMICA Finishing School program, you will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate serves as official recognition of your participation and achievement in the program. It can be a valuable asset when applying for jobs or advancing your career. NOTE: Facilitators monitor assignment submissions and can approve or deny any submission based on if it met or did not follow the instructions of the assignment description.
